What is the Women’s Collective?
Founded by Holistic Health Coaches Katy Troy and Tabitha Story, the Women’s Collective offers an educational program for members to engage with others and shift their perspective around menopause for the purpose of embracing the transition.
How do I join the Embrace Menopause Program?
What is a group program?
The objective of the program is to gain a holistic and empowering view of the menopausal cycle by learning from two professional wellness coaches who utilize several different modalities to bring:
ꕤ Awareness of the body
ꕤ Confidence during this important transition
ꕤ Balance of mind, spirit, and body
ꕤ Support in a safe space
Each group program consists of:
ꕤ 3 months of practice
ꕤ 5 intimate group meetings - online
ꕤ 2 independent one-on-one sessions (1 with each health coach) - online
Access to the online engagement platform, which contains:
ꕤ Connection to group members
ꕤ Constant access to the health coaches
ꕤ Recipes, worksheets, instruction videos, and other resources
Can we be involved without a membership?
Yes! The Women’s Collective offers community classes on Shifting the Perspective of Menopause.

Do I gain certification or credits for this program?
At this time, we do not offer certifications or credits for this program. The program is for personal and educational uses only. It is up to your sole discretion to adapt and utilize any of the information provided.
I am interested in the program, but I am not sure if I am ready. What should I do?
That’s okay! We would love to connect with you and share more about the program and what we offer. There is no obligation and discovery sessions are always free.
I have already gone through menopause. Do I have a place here?
Absolutely. We love to engage with individuals that have already gone through their menopausal journey. We address lifestyle, holistic modalities, a shift in perspective, and empowerment practices that are specific to the post-menopausal time.
I have not gone through menopause or I am unsure of where I am in my menopausal journey. Do I have a place here?
Absolutely. Even if you are just beginning or only curious about menopause, there is much to gain from this program. You will learn ways to support your body and mind during the transition, as well as engage with this time with confidence and excitement.
I live outside of the Austin, Texas area. Can I join?
Yes! We have clients all over the country that are joining the collective. With our program, we have designed an easy-to-use online platform that will provide access to helpful resources and offer community connection, no matter where you live.
What if I do not experience menopause, or I have a partner or friend who will not experience menopause but wants to learn more?
We absolutely need our non-menopausal counterparts to be educated and aware of menopause. At this time, we do not offer these types of educational services but we may be offering partner support classes in the future.
